I believe Tofino and Ucluelet are WILDLY great places to get married, and as a person who loves to travel to far-flung destinations, I believe that elopements abroad are the adventures that lifetimes are made of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I fell in love with photography at a young age. When I was growing up, my dad had a dark room in our basement; I remember exposing the silhouettes of leaves I found in the garden on the enlarger as a favourite project. In 2001 when I embarked upon college, he gave me his camera &#8211; a Pentax Spotmatic &#8211; which I left in my car overnight and was soon stolen. Such is life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I was born on the prairies, but I love sand and sea, so my family and I moved to Vancouver Island in 2017 and haven&#8217;t looked back. I&#8217;ve had the good fortune to shoot weddings far and wide and will always fly away with you to capture your love and your moments. I love to shoot on the beach, but return again and again to the city streets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I live with my husband Layton and our two kids, along with a cat and a dog. I love languages and am learning Spanish, French and German.
