Panchakanya stands for a group of five Hindu heroines who represent the strong virtues of a woman. They are Ahalya, Draupadi, Sita or Kunti, Tara and Mandodari. Ahalya, Tara, Mandodari are from the epic Ramayana & Draupadi and Kunti which are from Mahabharata.
